How many loads does the luxe bag hold?
Each Luxe Bag holds about 40–50 lbs, which is roughly 3–4 loads of laundry.
I'm a new Luxie, how do I get my complimentary Luxe Bag?
For your first pickup, place your clothes in a standard laundry bag or 13-gallon trash bag. We’ll return your order neatly packed inside your complimentary Luxe Bag. Need an extra bag? You can add one to your next pickup.
What is the turnaround time?
Most orders are freshly cleaned, folded, and delivered back to you within 48 hours.
What if I have a comforter and it can't fit in the bag?
Place any bedding or oversized items in a separate bag. We’ll take care of the rest and package everything up for you at delivery.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic brands like Molly’s Suds, Clean People, and more to keep your clothes fresh and your home safe.
