BIOHAZARD & CONTAMINATED ITEMS POLICY

 

To ensure the safety of our staff and the hygiene of all client orders, we strictly regulate contaminated items:

 

Prohibited Contaminants:

 

We do not accept items containing bodily fluids (blood, vomit, waste), mold, mildew, or active infestations (bed bugs, lice, fleas).

 

Handling & Refusal:  If contamination is discovered during processing, we will immediately cease handling the items. Mini Luxe reserves the right to refuse service, isolate the items, or dispose of them if they pose a safety risk.

 

Surcharges: Items requiring separate, specialized sanitization due to minor contamination may incur a significant surcharge. If a client's contaminated order requires us to sanitize our vehicles or facility, the client will be held responsible for all professional remediation costs.
